当店では、お支払いの確認が19時までにできたご注文は翌日に発送しています。19時以降のご注文は翌々日の発送となります。銀行振込を選択し、銀行の営業時間外や土日祭日に振り込まれた場合は、銀行の翌営業日に振込確認を行います。お急ぎの場合は、クレジットカード決済またはコンビニ決済をご利用ください。新発売や再販初日など、ご注文が集中した場合や臨時休業中、災害による配送の遅延などにより、お届けが上記の目安より遅れることがあります。発送完了のメールを通常の場合を含めてお待ちください。
Our store dispatches orders the next day for payments confirmed by 19:00. Orders placed after 19:00 will be shipped the day after next. If you choose bank transfer and make the payment outside of bank hours or on weekends and holidays, the payment confirmation will be done on the next business day of the bank. If you are in a hurry, please use credit card payment or convenience store payment. On days with a high volume of orders, such as new product launches or the first day of a restock, during unexpected closures, or delays in delivery due to disasters, delivery may take longer than the guidelines mentioned above. Please wait for the email confirming the shipment, which will be sent in normal circumstances as well.

お届け方法が「クリックポスト」となっている場合は、日本郵便のクリックポストを利用します。基本的にはポストへ直接投函されますので、お届け先のポストを確認してください。ただし、ポストに入らない場合は直接手渡しとなることがあります。もし直接手渡しが必要で、お届け先が不在の場合は、最寄りの郵便局に持ち戻り一時保管されます。その場合は、お客様自身で再配達を依頼するか、保管局の窓口で引き取ってください。なお、「クリックポスト」の場合、お届けの日時指定はできません。
When the delivery method is listed as "Click Post," it utilizes Japan Post's Click Post service. Deliveries are generally made directly to your mailbox, so please check your mailbox for the item. However, if the item does not fit in the mailbox, it may be delivered directly to you. If direct delivery is necessary and the recipient is not present, the item will be taken back to the nearest post office for temporary storage. In that case, you will need to request redelivery yourself or pick it up at the post office. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time for Click Post.

「クリックポスト」以外の配送方法で、配送日時指定が可能な商品は、「日時指定を希望しない」が最短のお届けとなります。コンビニ決済や銀行振込決済の場合、お支払い完了後に発送手続きを行いますが、支払いのタイミングやお届け先の条件により、希望の日時にお届けできない場合があります。離島や遠方の場合も、交通状況によりご希望の日時にお届けできないことがありますので、ご了承ください。なお、「クリックポスト」では日時指定はできません。
For shipping methods other than "Click Post" where it is possible to specify a delivery date and time, selecting "Do not specify a delivery date and time" will result in the fastest delivery. For convenience store payments and bank transfer payments, shipping procedures are carried out after payment completion. However, depending on the timing of the payment and the conditions of the delivery destination, it may not be possible to deliver on the desired date and time. Please also note that delivery to remote islands or distant areas may not be possible on the desired date and time due to transportation conditions. Additionally, please be aware that it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time for Click Post.

請求書や領収書の発行は致しておりません。クレジットカードでお支払いの場合は、カード会社から届く「ご利用明細書」や「引き落とし明細書」を領収書としてご利用ください。コンビニ決済やPay-easyの場合は、コンビニエンスストアでお渡しする領収書をご利用ください。銀行振込の場合は、銀行口座の通帳の利用明細を領収書としてご利用いただけます。

ご注文時に「購入者情報の入力」画面で入力いただける「備考欄」は、当店から発送の段階でのみ確認することになりますので、商品やお支払い方法、発送方法に関するご質問は、備考欄ではなく、ご購入前にお問い合わせページからお問い合わせください。

正規にご購入いただきましたいたmarupeinet製品につきましては、ご使用の過程で破損が生じた場合でも、有償修理や交換品の対応を行っております。
修理・交換をご希望の場合は、CONTACTページからお問い合わせください。
※修理・交換の際、正規購入履歴のわかる、ご注文メール、ご注文ID、納品書のいずれかが必要となりますので大切に保管してください。
